I’ve had this service for about 5-6 months now. They are always on top of it. Today I had Gustavo service my house and OMGSH! best clean I’ve had so far! It was all the little things (on top of the normal things obviously lol) like leaving the blinds up so we could see our squeaky clean windows, refolding my crumpled up blankets in my blanket basket, remaking my bed to look better (corners tucked and all that!) than before and the extra mile on my vents and doors. Now I’m sitting on my nice vacuumed, fluffed up couch writing this review. Definitely worth it if you ask me:)

We’ve had an amazing experience with Maid Up Cleaners over the past few months! We started with a deep cleaning and were so impressed that we immediately transitioned to bi-weekly recurring cleanings. The initial deep clean left our home spotless, and the first standard cleaning was also great. The only small hiccup was that the beds weren’t made and the sofa wasn’t staged the first time, but after mentioning it to the manager, they made sure it was added to our preferences. Since then, everything has been perfect! Their team is consistent, professional, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. We highly recommend Maid Up Cleaners if you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning company you can trust.
Fantastic cleaning, fast, and very well done
First time ever getting a cleaning service for a house. I opted for deep clean as the house is going on 20 years old now. It was incredible to see the night and day difference in the smallest things like the clean molding and windows to the larger items like bathroom tubs and shower. Already scheduled another service a few months out!

Team Bravo was amazing!!! I’m very picky when it comes to cleaning and I usually clean myself since the few times that I’ve hired cleaners I would have to tell them to re clean an area. I was forced to hire a cleaner this time around because I threw my back out and haven’t been able to keep up with my chores. When I tell you I was looking so hard to find something wrong. I was looking harrrd. It was literally spotless. And they even re-arranged some things which made my apartment look even better. I would definitely recommend this company.

Maid Up Cleaners came to our home yesterday for a deep cleaning. Prior, I have employed an individual for many years and for two homes. I am so impressed with the cleaning, the staff and all the attention to personal detail. To note, the customer service is excellent. I fully recommend this company and their services! We are a go for weekly cleaning. And the pricing is very fair.
Full disclosure, I’m not a review person generally. Even when service is quality, I generally won’t write something up out of laziness, forgetfulness, or lack of desire. Having said that, I cannot say enough about this company. I have never had such quality service on one of my properties. Like many people, I selected this company from a google search with great reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint. The house was immaculately clean and service was timely. I needed a last minute clean and they squeezed me in with less than 2 day’s notice. The level of cleanliness and care is no exaggeration. I’m merely writing this to let others know. I had a minor hiccup in communication with the team but that was quickly sorted out by Jacob. The guy went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced on a professional customer service level to sort things out. (Mind you this was all well after business hours). I will likely be utilizing this cleaning service for an ongoing cleaning simply because of the quality service I received during this one request. I highly recommend this company for any cleaning service. Regardless of the job, I know they can handle it and top it all off with above and beyond customer service.

We hired Maid Up Cleaners for a move-out clean because they were highly rated, and a reasonable price. The team texted that they were running behind but they were able to promptly arrive and deliver a great service. Everything they cleaned was top quality. There were some miscommunications but the manager called me and spoke with me and gave such excellent customer satisfaction which is unheard of these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, I am so glad we did.

What can I say about our experience! My wife and I had never used a maid due to the cost and just over charging on every bit. This company however changed all of that! We used Maid Up Cleaners to do a standard cleaning of our home in preparation to bring a baby home in hopes of having to worry about one less thing and they knocked it out of the park! Our home looks to be restored to its former glory before we moved in! The smell alone is absolutely amazing. And we are truly blown away how quickly they worked! When I first reached out to Jacob about doing a deep clean on my home, he took his time to ask pertinent questions and really understand what we were looking for in a cleaning company. He came to do a walk through of our home, and was very thorough about addressing each part of our house, and we were able to talk about the specific accommodations we were wanting (ie natural cleaning solutions we wanted on specific surfaces, and other certain areas that needed extra attention). Because of how professional and detail-oriented he was on these two aforementioned encounters, we were confident that Maid Up Cleaners would meet our expectations. Yesterday we had our home cleaned, and it looked so beautiful!! Not only did they address our concerns, but they were able to take care of some additional trouble areas that we haven’t been able to remedy in the past! With Maid Up Cleaners, you’ll truly get a customized experience, and that’s what I appreciate most. Many cleaners out there have set packages that sometimes don’t quite fit the bill of what we’re looking for. This was basically a fully customizable clean! We were extremely pleased with the end result, and plan on hiring them again for monthly cleans!

We receive biweekly cleanings of our entire house (4 bedroom 3 bathroom) including laundry and hanging up clothes. Overall the service is great and very affordable and we appreciate the work and thoroughness. We work from home and have a young baby and they are cognizant of our schedule and even baby’s nap times and are very productive and work around us without disruption. This cleaning team is absolutely phenomenal! The owner is always very quick to respond and I felt truly heard as I shared my very particular housekeeping needs. The team that comes out to clean my house is timely (and if they're running late they always communicate that as well as an accurate ETA), professional, thorough, and polite. They pay very close attention to detail which I appreciate! They don't use harsh chemicals either which is fantastic! The best part for me, is that once they're done my house looks and smells absolutely amazing and all my stress of not being able to keep up with the house (while I work full time, go to school full time, and raise 3 kids full time) is alleviated. Another impressive tidbit about Maid Up is their adaptability. There have been times where I'm working from home, have a house full of kids, am in the middle of meal prepping (aka taking over the entire kitchen), or worked an overnight shift and needed to sleep during the day. In each of these instances the Maid Up team worked around me/us. I will never forget the time I slept through my entire house cleaning (even the room I was sleeping in!) and woke up to an immaculately clean house!

Maid up Cleaners was able to accommodate my last min move in deepclean (previous owner’s cleaner cancelled last min) and did a traffic job getting my new home all cleaned up and ready to go. I had an issue with billing and spoke with Jacob who not only resolved my issue timely but also asked for my feedback on how they could improve their services and was genuinely interested in my comments. Exceptional! I have used a few maid services for move out cleans but have never had such an over-the-top quality experience like Maid Up Cleaners has offered. Starting from my initial inquiry on their website to on the phone and in-person, the customer service is by far the best I’ve come across. Jacob was so easy to talk to and personable that it made me feel comfortable that they were going to provide my new home with the utmost care. He asked the specifics of what I was looking for and catered the job and the price to my needs instead of just a one all package, everything felt personalized. He even offered to come back the next day if I noticed anything they might have missed but everything was beautifully cleaned. Update 2: The owner Jacob did everything I could have asked to make this right. That is the true sign that someone cares about their business. He sent a different cleaner to my home. She was awesome and paid attention to the details. So I have amended my review to show that when things were not to standard Maid Up cleaners cared enough to reach out and make things right! Update 1: The owner responded to me immediately this morning. And I appreciate the fact that he wants to make it right. So I’m updating the review to reflect his willingness to fix things. And I’ll update again once I see the follow through. I ended up hiring Maid Up Cleaners because they had such great reviews. It’s not that they’re horrible but the attention to detail on the floors is lacking. We had a problem two weeks ago as we have our house cleaned every two weeks. I had mentioned and showed pictures to the text message thread they have. They said they would give me some sort of credit on my next cleaning. It didn’t happen. Which, I wasn’t as concerned about. Just want my house clean. I got home this evening, and the floors upstairs were not done. They claim they will come out again in the next 24 hours to do it. However, if you have a continual problem, it shouldn’t have to be redone. I have pictures but it’s not allowing me to upload them. Just disappointed.
They showed up and went to work immediately starting with a tour of the house and taking positions. The house, newly remodeled, completely was full of dirt/dust and the floors were more difficult to clean that they/I thought they would be. In my opinion the house looked great, but not in their opinion. After packing up, they started talking and looking and found dirt still present that I didn’t see. After a few minutes looking at the new wood flooring, they got wet rags, got down on their knees and hand cleaned the whole 1st floor. And as unbelievable as that was, I wasn’t charged for the extra time they spent. Their attitude was, they were paid to clean the house and that’s what they were going to do….PERFECTLY. After my furniture is returned, decorated and ready to move in, they will be asked to clean one more time and I am going to start using them for my commercial properties in Denton. Awesome cleaning and great personable employee’s…Thank you!

Hands down the best customer service ever! We had an odd request. We needed them to clean the house of a friend who lost a spouse. We had no idea the condition of the home. The deep cleaning was great and our hasn't hasn't looked this good since we moved in. It was awesome how quickly they were about to get us in, especially around the holidays, and when one of the cleaners called off instead of trying to reschedule one of the managers came out to round out the team.
