Just had Deanne G and her team from Maid Up Cleaners at my home today. I did a walk through after they were finished and I must say what an amazing job they did. Called Maid up cleaners and spoke to Jacob the manager by far one of the best customer service experiences I have had. He was very helpful in every aspect and made sure that I knew that Maid up cleaners is very customer centered. I was very pleased with him and would definitely recommend.
They showed up and went to work immediately starting with a tour of the house and taking positions. The house, newly remodeled, completely was full of dirt/dust and the floors were more difficult to clean that they/I thought they would be. In my opinion the house looked great, but not in their opinion. After packing up, they started talking and looking and found dirt still present that I didn’t see. After a few minutes looking at the new wood flooring, they got wet rags, got down on their knees and hand cleaned the whole 1st floor. And as unbelievable as that was, I wasn’t charged for the extra time they spent. Their attitude was, they were paid to clean the house and that’s what they were going to do….PERFECTLY. After my furniture is returned, decorated and ready to move in, they will be asked to clean one more time and I am going to start using them for my commercial properties in Denton. Awesome cleaning and great personable employee’s…Thank you!

We hired Maid Up Cleaners for a move-out clean because they were highly rated, and a reasonable price. The team texted that they were running behind but they were able to promptly arrive and deliver a great service. Everything they cleaned was top quality. There were some miscommunications but the manager called me and spoke with me and gave such excellent customer satisfaction which is unheard of these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, I am so glad we did.

Hands down the best customer service ever! We had an odd request. We needed them to clean the house of a friend who lost a spouse. We had no idea the condition of the home. Let’s just say it was a tall order. They were so kind and helpful about the whole thing. Great communication. I give them a 12/10 and recommend to everyone.

The deep cleaning was great and our hasn't hasn't looked this good since we moved in. It was awesome how quickly they were about to get us in, especially around the holidays, and when one of the cleaners called off instead of trying to reschedule one of the managers came out to round out the team.
