While we ensure all interior glass doors are wiped, we do not offer exterior window cleaning as part of our services.
While we have a detailed checklist for our Move-In/Move-Out cleaning, we can accommodate certain requests. Contact us, and we'll do our best to meet your needs within our service scope.
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any service. For one-time and first-time cleanings where no deposit was collected, a 25% cancellation fee will apply if canceled at any time.
Our Move-In/Move-Out service does not include heavy clutter or hoarding clean-ups unless explicitly arranged. We focus on detailed cleaning tasks listed in our service description.

I’ve had this service for about 5-6 months now. They are always on top of it. Today I had Gustavo service my house and OMGSH! best clean I’ve had so far! It was all the little things (on top of the normal things obviously lol) like leaving the blinds up so we could see our squeaky clean windows, refolding my crumpled up blankets in my blanket basket, remaking my bed to look better (corners tucked and all that!) than before and the extra mile on my vents and doors. Now I’m sitting on my nice vacuumed, fluffed up couch writing this review. Definitely worth it if you ask me:)
Update 2: The owner Jacob did everything I could have asked to make this right. That is the true sign that someone cares about their business. He sent a different cleaner to my home. She was awesome and paid attention to the details. So I have amended my review to show that when things were not to standard Maid Up cleaners cared enough to reach out and make things right! Update 1: The owner responded to me immediately this morning. And I appreciate the fact that he wants to make it right. So I’m updating the review to reflect his willingness to fix things. And I’ll update again once I see the follow through. I ended up hiring Maid Up Cleaners because they had such great reviews. It’s not that they’re horrible but the attention to detail on the floors is lacking. We had a problem two weeks ago as we have our house cleaned every two weeks. I had mentioned and showed pictures to the text message thread they have. They said they would give me some sort of credit on my next cleaning. It didn’t happen. Which, I wasn’t as concerned about. Just want my house clean. I got home this evening, and the floors upstairs were not done. They claim they will come out again in the next 24 hours to do it. However, if you have a continual problem, it shouldn’t have to be redone. I have pictures but it’s not allowing me to upload them. Just disappointed.
