    Absolutely. All our cleaners are highly vetted, having undergone background checks, and come with extensive experience in the cleaning industry.

  • Do you clean interior windows during Move-In/Move-Out Service?

    While we ensure all interior glass doors are wiped, we do not offer exterior window cleaning as part of our services.

  • Can the cleaning service be customized for specific needs?

    While we have a detailed checklist for our Move-In/Move-Out cleaning, we can accommodate certain requests. Contact us, and we'll do our best to meet your needs within our service scope.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any service. For one-time and first-time cleanings where no deposit was collected, a 25% cancellation fee will apply if canceled at any time.

  • Do you offer services for cleaning high levels of clutter or hoarding situations?

    Our Move-In/Move-Out service does not include heavy clutter or hoarding clean-ups unless explicitly arranged. We focus on detailed cleaning tasks listed in our service description.
