We coordinate professional house cleaning services throughout Aubrey, Little Elm, Prosper, Frisco, Oak Point, and the surrounding Denton County area. Every service is scoped based on your home’s size, condition, and specific needs, because no two homes are the same.

What’s Included in Our Cleaning Services

Below is a room-by-room checklist covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Use it to understand exactly what each package includes before booking.

Standard Cleaning
Designed for routine upkeep, Standard Cleaning keeps your home consistently maintained on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. It includes surface-level cleaning throughout the home, including

• Wiping
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Sanitizing high-use areas

This is not a deep scrub and does not include interior appliances, cabinets, or detailed baseboard washing.

Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning includes everything in a Standard Cleaning, with a more thorough approach. This includes

• Scrubbing fixtures
• Washing baseboards
• Cleaning light fixtures
• Removing accessible hard water buildup
• Addressing areas that routine cleaning does not reach

It is the right option if your home has not had a professional cleaning in a while or needs a full reset.

Move In / Move Out Cleaning
This service is designed for completely empty homes only. With furniture and belongings removed, additional areas can be accessed, including

• Inside cabinets
• Inside drawers
• Additional detailed areas not accessible during occupied cleanings

This service requires additional time and includes tasks not covered in the other packages.

Add On Services

We offer a range of add-ons to customize your service, including

• Inside fridge
• Inside oven
• Inside cabinets and drawers
• Garage sweep
• Dishes
• Vents
• Grease removal on cabinets
• Door frames
• And more

We also offer carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and junk removal as add-on services. These are not included in any of our cleaning packages, but if you're interested, just let our office know and we'll be happy to provide a separate estimate.

Add-ons are not included by default and must be selected at the time of booking.

What We Do Not Include in Any Package

We want to be clear about this: cleaning is not the same as restoration. Cleaning addresses dirt and buildup; it does not reverse permanent damage or staining.

The following are not included in any package

• Stain removal or discoloration treatment of any surface
• Wall washing
• Pet urine, feces, blood, or biohazard cleanup
• Moving or lifting heavy furniture or appliances
• Organizing, sorting, or decluttering personal belongings
• Hoarding conditions, unless disclosed in advance and quoted accordingly
• Any task not listed in the checklist or selected as an add-on

If your home’s actual condition differs significantly from what was described at booking, including additional rooms, heavier buildup, or excessive clutter, the scope and price may need to be adjusted before service. This will always be communicated before work begins.
